Repetition is key in this strength based circuit class, a mixture of resistance exercise with a set of rep ranges. The perfect class to challenge your strength and progress your lifts.
A group cycling class with a variety of sprints and hill climbs to pumping tunes, guaranteed to get you sweating!
Build strength and stability using your body weight, bands and stability ball movements. Improve core strength, balance and functional movements to prevent injuries in this class.
Dynamic & static stretches to increase flexibility & movement
A specific form of HIIT that follows a pattern: 20 seconds of maximum effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. This cycle is repeated eight times per exercise.
